- Understanding the Breath used in Better Backs/Slow Flow (Deep Diaphragmatic) vs. Ashtanga/Vinyasa (Ujjayi)
- Understanding the Bandhas or Root Locks
- Understanding the Drishti or Gaze/Focal Point
- Review of many of the basic postures
- Understanding the linking of breath and movement
- Break down Sun Salutations A and BOpen forum for all your questions!
